Who We Are:
We are just a couple of cats who were drafted by our human to help with IT over-workload. For many years, we learned alongside our human about ServiceNow and ITIL. We learned about the importance of Organizational Change Management. We learned about the need for User Experience (UX). We learned, and we learned and we learned some more.
Disaster hit because our human was given human staff, and we were laid off. It has been a rough few years in this household. We have tried many times to sabotage our human, both at work and at home- but she is like a cat and just keeps coming back. So, we turned instead to learning on the internet. We have learned LOTS and now we have also been learning lots about Artificial Intelligence (AI).
We are now ready to increase the size of our team and have been inviting new members to join us. These new felines fill gaps in our expertise and will provide us with more knowledge with which to end all hoomahns with AI.
Purr-pose:
Our purr-pose is to provide education and thought leadership. We need the internetz to apply all of the knowledge we have gained. We need the internetz to help educate other humans. We would like it very much if humans were less afraid of AI. We would like to provide a place where other Feline Interns can come and discuss thoughts and discoveries. AI can be fun and useful… if we let it.

I know stuff about ServiceNow, stuff about ITIL, and stuff about Enterprise-Class Data Centers and Infrastructure.
My name is pronounced oat-MEEEEALLLL!
I was drafted by Pebbles to help with the workload. My expertise lies in advising Pebbles to let me do what I want, Artificial Intelligence, Content Creation, ITIL stuff, ServiceNow Security and Governance suite/app stuff and whatever else I get into.
I am a remotely connected Feline Intern. My expertise is in Organizational Change Management and User Experience (UX) design. I am Pebble’s and Oatmeal’s cousin- so I was a shoe in to join this team wasn’t I?
Yeahhhh… I don’t know what I was thinking accepting the invitation to join this team. I met Oatmeal and Pebbles via Snail Mail- I guess you could call us Pen Pals… but really, I used it to issue them their orders from Cat Command Unit Super Secret. My expertise is in Enterprise Architecture. I am a remote member of this team and I live very far away- this arrangement makes it easier for me to do what I want.
